Meaning of "Pleroma"

The Greek word "pleroma" means fullness.

"And to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3:19)

Pleroma describes the ultimate status of spiritual maturity for the believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. The attainment of "pleroma" should be the goal of every believer because only then can he glorify God to the maximum.
